Inspection Every Two Weeks

Customized, dynamic checklist tailored for each property.

Checklist includes inspections of plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and air conditioning systems.

Immediate reporting of any issues found during inspections.

After receiving approval, assistance with prompt repair and resolution of identified issues.
Bill Payment Management

Assistance with paying of bills to municipality, service providers, HOA, etc.
Maintenance & Repairs Assistance

In the event that maintenance or repair is required, assistance with finding appropriate service provider.

Presence and supervision during the time of work/repair.
Preparation of Apartment Before Arrival

Ensure the home is tidy and comfortable. (Cleaning services can be arrange upon request for additional separate charge made directly to vendor).

Pre-determined customized checklists to match specific preferences.

Pre-arrival grocery shopping based on either a standing list or on-request basis for each visit (must be submitted one week before arrival).
Assistance with Other Additional Services

Assistance with internet connection, troubleshooting other services, and providing general assistance and guidance with day-to-day questions in Israel. such as internet, cable TV, etc.
*Concierge service package does not include cost of repair maintenance. Payment will be made by client directly to vendor.
